Building on a year of significant accomplishments, as detailed in our 2024 Annual Report, ETP is now moving forward with a newly launched 5-year strategy. This strategic shift reflects the growth of our programme and our commitment to addressing the escalating challenges within the region.
In our commitment to continuous improvement, an independent evaluation was commissioned to assess ETP’s progress after our first 3 years. This evaluation will inform and strengthen our approach for the next 5 years. The results of this evaluation confirmed ETP’s effectiveness in facilitating Southeast Asia’s energy transition and validated our operational model. The evaluation further highlighted the program’s strong relevance, effectiveness in areas such as policy influence and impact contribution, efficient operation with a lean team, and cross-country sustainability.
